Wedding Ceremony

If you're looking for a special place to be married, look no further. Our wedding ceremony package includes all the details to make your event elegant and memorable.

 

The wedding ceremony package is $400 in the New York Room, $550 in The Hideout and $550 for our outdoor Veranda. Call for any room rental specials. This fee includes up to 50 chairs with ivory chair covers, two sets of silver candlelabras, and podium or table for unity candle (if applicable) Additionally, you are allowed 1 hour before and after the ceremony for pictures. The maximum time allowed is 3 hours unless the space is also being used for your reception. Our event coordinator can help you with any extras you might want, such as coordinating chair sashes, linens, champagne toast, or bar service before and/or following your ceremony.

 

Cocktail Receptions

The Speakeasy is the perfect space for the growing demand among couples choosing less traditional gatherings offering a variety of light and heavy appetizers instead of a full sit down meal. This is a great option for couples looking for a causal setting to share this event with extended family and friends following a destination wedding. Couples not only save time but also have more flexibility in planning and budgeting for the event without compromising style and elegance.The Hideout is a very popular banquet space for cocktail receptions. Small Dinner Receptions

We realize not everyone wants a big wedding nor does everyone's budget allow for a big wedding. The Speakeasy is a perfect setting for small sit down receptions up to 75 people.

 

Wedding Rehersal

Don't let the day before your wedding look like an afterthought. And don't leave town! Let your guests relax and unwind before your big day in this special and intimate space designed to do just that. Guests will love the atmoshphere and appreciate the care and effort you took to make sure they are taken care of.

 

Showers & Bachelorette Parties

What better way to celebrate these important events before your big day, than at The Speakeasy. Our Cozy Nook is a perfect setting for 20 people and less and at NO extra charge. The New York Room and The Hideout are perfect for larger functions and/or when both men and woman are invited to attend. A special option is our demonstration cooking class presented by our chef which can be held in any of the spaces. This a great alternative to make these events fun and memorable.

To book the cozy nook, the purchase of lunch or dinner is required and reservations must be made in advance. There are time restrictions for the nook on Fri-Sat nights.

 

The New York Room

An elegant and unique intimate party space for groups of up to 50 people. Whether you are planning a sit down dinner, buffet or cocktail reception, our unique dining atmosphere, is YOUR solution to finding a special location. The space greets you with richly colored brick walls and customized drapery and window treatments. Chandelier lighting and decorative linens create a special and intimate setting for any special event. Special linen upgrades are available.

 

This is our most popular room for wedding showers, rehearsal dinners and increasingly more popular for wedding ceremonies.

 

Room Rental fee: $100 Mon-Thurs, Fri-Sat $200

Rates are for a 3 hour event. For events lasting longer than 3 hours an additional $100 is added to the 3 hour room rental rate.

 

All evening events in the New York Room must end by 10PM Mon-Thur and 11PM Fri-Sat Nights regardless of when the event started, room rental is waived for day events with purchase of lunch and event ending by 3 PM (min 20 people). This offer does not apply to wedding ceremonies.

 

The Hideout

Have your own restaurant for an evening, but without the cost! Enjoy a completely seperate space with your own entrance. Intimate space for groups of up to 100 people. It features lounge seating and tall cocktail tables, a full service bar, and fully equipped DJ booth and microphone. The space can be transformed into seated dining space for up to 75 people. This is a very popular space for larger cocktail receptions and small intimate wedding ceremonies and receptions.

 

Mon-Thursday $175
Friday- Sat- $350

 

Rates are for a 3 hour event. Events lasting longer than 3 hours have an additional $100 added to the 3 hour room rental rate. $150 of room rental applied towards bar setup and bartender fee. Events in the Hideout must end by 10PM Mon-Thurs nights and by Midnight on Fri and Sat nights regardless of when the event started. Room Rentals include room set-up and take down, cake and gift table (if applicable), house linens, and candle votives. Staff will be provided to take care of your food and beverage service. Special linen requests or decorations can be rented for an extra fee.

 

We have access to many Jazz, blues, and rock performers and can help you find the right performers for your event just let us know. We will be happy to help! LCD projector and screen rental is available.

 

Full Restaurant

Take advantage of our beautiful setting on Sundays for your private event. This is a great option for couples looking for a large casual setting to invite extended family and friends following a destination wedding. The event can be brunch through dinner. There is a food and beverage minimum of $2,000 (NOT including 20% service fee & 5.5% tax) and the rental is for 3 hours.
